It's been such a seamless and wonderful experience purchasing my HRV with Pameline Mah. She made the purchasing process so enjoyable and on top of all details from the very start to delivery.

From test driving, viewing options, making the purchase, bank loans, additional accessories / services, old car trade in, vehicle pickup and answering all my random questions - Pam was always informative and ensuring things moved on schedule. Absolutely love the efficiency and professionalism.

She also provides good communication and support to her customers. You can tell she truly cares and is ever ready to respond and assist with her cheerful, patient, relaxed, friendly disposition.

She's definitely an Ace!

Once again, Pameline's customer service was outstanding. She went above and beyond from day 1 we booked our new HRV till the day we collected it.

Just got my car from Pameline. She is one of the best sales person i ever met, from answering all my initial enquires untill all the process and follow up and i got my car in less than 2 months. I was being picky and just wanted the selected model spec with specific colour, and she made it happen. I had a fast and remarkable sales service by Pameline. Referred by my sister, Pameline did a wonderful job just within 5 days I got my brand new car! partly maybe because of my luck that hondacity hatchback in gray found available at this outlet after I went to 2 other outlets which only v variant in red is in stock.
